Jonas and I made the most delicious homemade enchiladas tonight. Words cannot express just how heavenly they were. Just to make you envious, I present here a photo of our masterpiece:



I limited myself to two, despite feeling like I could eat about five of them.

Earlier today I had made portobello mushroom sandwiches for lunch that also turned out high above expectations. It was a good weekend. Several interesting meals prepared, and some interesting movies watched: Syriana, Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic, and Hidden.

Oh, and it's snowing!

The Swedish phrase of the day is Mexikansk mat. It means Mexican food.
